Job Description
Great opportunity for Seniors that just graduated and aspire to become medical doctors, physician assistants or nurse practitioners. Our assistants have a great track record of getting into schools to further their careers. This is a fast pace medical/cosmetic dermatology practice located near Union Square in San Francisco. We foster a professional and efficient work environment where our employees can thrive.

Hourly rate is competitive based on experience. We will train. You will learn all functions of the practice from front office to back office. Most of your duties will be back office oriented but there will be a good majority of duties that support the front desk as well.

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (sometimes OT is required)

COVID vaccine is required for the safety of our practitioners, staff and patients.

Job Duties:
Patient Coordinator:
-Processing and sending out samples to lab
-Facilitating PAs for in office treatments
-Educating patients on procedures and products
-Coordinate the release of medical records
-Monitoring the patient portal and office emails
-Scheduling Mohs
-Arranging Mohs referrals
Medical Assisting
-Assisting providers in rooms
- Stocking rooms
-Monitoring product stock and medical supplies
-Assisting Dr. Peng for Mohs (one day a month)
-Opening the office
-Covering reception duties
-Cleaning rooms in between patients and closing down rooms towards end of day
Lab Duties:
-Temperature and humidity record
-Restocking bins
-Checking Quest supplies (needles, swabs, tubes)
-Autoclaving tools
-Make Biopsy kits
-Make Mohs kits
-Prepping for each day's patients
